 It is a great reference and is well put together, I recommend this to all who are interested in this field. The translations are invaluable, and the photos are great. The scope is quite large as well, covering the Kingdom through present day Iraq. The translations alone will pay for the cost of the book, unless you have a neighbor fluent in Arabic!

Great Book and very well worth the money ! I received my copy today of IRAQI MILITARIA Identification Guide with Translations by Robert Missling. This is a first of it's kind and the only one out there. This guide has great photo's giving step by step information about each Iraqi military item from the pre Saddam Era to the current Iraqi military todate. I have found some items that I have put on my search list to fill in the holes in my collection that I did not know that were out there.

 If you're collecting Iraqi Militaria or just interested in the topic, then this book is a must to have. The information contained inside is priceless!

This book is fantastic. I encourage everyone who can to buy it. It has even helped me save some money by actually being able to make an educated purchase and know what I'm getting.
